We offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples navigating challenging periods in life, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, complex trauma, and post-traumatic stress. We work with survivors of difficult childhood experiences and domestic violence, as well as those living with PTSD. Our practice provides a warm, non-judgemental space for gay men and LGBT clients. We also specialise in online psychotherapy for public figures and individuals in high-performing roles who require discreet, culturally attuned, and emotionally intelligent support.
