A Warm & Confidential Space

We offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals going through a difficult time in life because of anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, Complex Trauma and post-traumatic stress. We also work with clients who are survivors of difficult childhood experiences, domestic violence and those who suffer from PTSD. We offer a warm and non-judgemental space for gay men and LGBT clients. We also offer online counselling to individuals in the UK.

Leighton Buzzard

Our Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is based in Leighton Buzzard (Bedfordshire) near the AnytimeFitness gym. We serve clients in Leighton Buzzard, Linslade, Wing, Heath and Reach, Dunstable, Berkhamstead, Tring, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes and nearby areas. We also welcome referrals from local GP Surgeries to our counselling practice.

Insurance Plans Accepted

Referrals are also accepted from leading insurers such as Aviva, Axa Health, Vitality Health, Aetna Global Benefits, The Exeter, WPA Health Insurance, and Cigna; from GP Surgeries and from financial services organisations.
